Netflix Live Sports Strategy

In Spring 2025, I collaborated on a consumer behavior project focused on Netflix’s entry into live sports streaming. My team developed a strategic marketing plan that applied theories of social identity, lifestyle segmentation, and persuasive communication to position Netflix competitively against platforms like Amazon Prime and YouTube TV.
